Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any refunds will be processes in 7 working days after cancellation is confirmed.
The following cancellation penalties apply when cancelling a paid for booking:
Forfeit 100% of total if quest cancels 7 days before arrival
Forfeit 100% of deposit if quest cancels 14 days before arrival
Forfeit 50% of deposit if quest cancels 21 days before arrival
Forfeit 25% of deposit if quest cancels 30 days before arrival
